When will I receive my order?

Apply cosmetics, hair products, lotions, and/or perfumes before wearing your jewelry. Prevent items from exposure to moisture. Metals may tarnish over time due to oxygen and natural body oils. We recommend that customers remove jewelry before going to bed or participating in physical activity. Store jewelry in a sealed bag or box in a dry, dark, cool place. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow additional processing time due to unanticipated USPS delays.

Once the order is shipped & a tracking number has been provided, Made With Soul is not responsible for USPS delays or lost items.

In the rare occurrence that an item is damaged during transit, please visit the Contact Us page and email your order number with a picture of the damaged item. We will replace the item, and ship it back to you with no additional charges. If your item is limited edition, a credit will be issued for equal or lesser value redeemable within 30 days.
